Public digital centres (Espaces Publiques Numériques or EPN) are open to all. They are equipped with computer equipment and high-speed internet connection, and are supervised by professional multimedia coordinators.
These digital centres provide users with internet access and initiation into multimedia (using a computer, e-administration, etc.) via group workshops and individual sessions. There are also open-access timeslots.
The centres also encourage remote working and more widespread digital literacy.
